Detective Dekker and his partner Detective Williams lead an undercover taskforce designed to protect the Port City from the infestation of crime. These detectives and their team are challenged by forces both inside and outside the city who try to gain control of the drug market, human trafficking, prostitution, and weapons smuggling. The task force is so deep under cover the lines are blurred between right and wrong.
